The Group operates in three segments: Human Health segment, Consumer Healthcare segment and Animal Health segment. Human Health segment includes treatments for cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, central nervous system disorders, arthritis and pain, infectious and respiratory diseases, urogenital conditions, cancer, eye disease, endocrine disorders and allergies. Consumer Healthcare segment markets medications for oral care, upper respiratory health, tobacco dependence, gastrointestinal health, skin care, eye care and hair growth. Animal Health segment discovers, develops and sell the products for prevention and treatment of diseases in livestock and companion animals. The Group acquired Rinat Neurosciences Corp in May 2006.
