Company Description
The Premier Pharmaceutical Company Limited manufactures, markets and distributes pharmaceutical, consumer, visioncare and animal health products. It is a major supplier of ethical, generic and over-the-counter pharmaceutical products for pharmacies, dispensing and prescribing doctors, clinics, hospitals and wholesalers in the private sector. It was founded in 1953 and listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in February 1988. The Premier Group Limited is its majority shareholder with a further substantial holding by the Krok family trusts.
