Company Description
Virbac. The Group's principal activities are the research, development, manufacture and distribution of veterinary drugs including antibiotics, anti-parasitic drugs, vaccines and dermatological drugs dedicated to animal health. Their activities are carried out in the following sectors: Pets, Food Producing Animals and other related activities. During the fiscal year the Group acquired 100% of Zoforos in Greece and created a new subsidiary Hellas. The Group has operations in Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia and SANZA (includes subsidiaries in New Zealand, Australia, and South Africa). Pets accounted for 63% of 2005 revenues; Food Producing Animals, 33% and Other, 4%
