CF Income Partners, L.P. is a limited partnership which invests in income-producing multi-family residential, commercial & industrial real properties throughout the United States. The Partnership's original investment objectives were to provide tax-deferred cash distributions, preserve the Partnership's capital & provide the opportunity for capital appreciation. Its real estate portfolio currently consists of 18 properties with a net book value of $202 million. The general partner of the Partnership is CF Management Corp, a wholly owned subsidiary of California Federal Bank. Real estate held for investment accounted for 94% of 1992 revenues & Real estate held for sale, 6%.
