Company Description
Consolidated HCI Holdings Corporation. The Group's principal activities are to construct and lease industrial, commercial and office properties and markets building lots for residential purposes . These lands are either sold to builders or retained by the Group for the construction of industrial, commercial or office facilities, which are then leased out. The Group also conducts activities through various ventures in the building and selling of new homes. Land development accounted for 46% of fiscal 2002 revenues; Residential construction, 27%; Income producing properties, 25% and Other income, 2%.
