Deltona Corporation (The) is a land and real estate company which is principally engaged in the development and sale of Florida real estate, through the development of planned communities on land acquired for that purpose. The company also plans, designs and develops roads, waterways, recreational amenities, grading and drainage systems within these communities and operates businesses related to its real estate activities such as a title insurance company and real estate brokerage companies. Since April 1994 the company has continued as a going concern with limited OTC trading in common stock. Real estate accounted for 79% of 1994 revenues and other, 21%.
