Company Description
Bilfinger Berger AG. The Group's principal activity is to provide structural and civil engineering. The Group activities also include construction of railways, the laying of gas pipelines, the construction of bridges, roads, subways and tunnels, hydraulic engineering and offshore construction and the construction of prefabricated units. Works and depots are situated throughout Germany. The Group also constructs and finances residential and commercial property, water drainage and sewerage treatment and town planning. The Group operates through the following divisions: Civil Construction, Industrial Construction, Development and Operations, Environmental Services and Services. In 2006, the Group acquired Essener Hochdruck- Rohrleitungsbau GmbH, Salamis Group Ltd and the Ahr Group.
