Encompass Services Corporation. The Group's principal activity is to operate through three segments: Commercial/Industrial Services, Residential Services and Cleaning Systems. Commercial/Industrial Services segment provides installation and repair services to the electrical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, plumbing, control and monitoring and process piping systems of commercial and industrial facilities. Residential Services include mechanical, plumbing and other contracting services, provided primarily to the single family and low-rise multifamily housing units. Cleaning Systems segment provides a wide variety of facility cleaning and maintenance management services nationwide. The Group operates through 200 locations, serving customers in all 50 states.
