The major projects completed by the upgrading and building division included the waterproofing and roofing works MUP Project at Kim Keat, re-roofing of Lagoon View,waterproofing of Senoko Power station cable tunnel, laying of protection board at basement of MRT station as well as waterproofing works at Amaranda Gardens condominium. Its engineering division completed the design, installation and commissioning of a waste water treatment for a water fabrication plant built by Semiconductor Manufacturing International (Beijing) Corporation and a waste water treatment system for Nisshin Electronics (Beijing) Co Ltd.
