USABG Corp.. Usabg Corp. (formerly known as Colonial Capital Corp) serves primarily as a general contractor for construction projects sponsored by federal, state and local government authorities. It provides steel erection for building, roadway and bridge repair projects for general contractors. The Company operates through its subsidiaries USA Bridge Construction of N.Y., Inc., Royal Steel Services, Inc. and Worldwide Construction Limited. Two additional wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company are One Carnegie Court Associates, Inc. and USA Bridge Construction Corp. These two subsidiaries have ceased their operations though neither has been formally dissolved.
