The Group's Aggregates business relates to crushed rock and sand and gravel, asphalt, cement and ready-mixed concrete. The Building Materials division focuses on concrete blocks and precast concrete products. The Group's product brands include, Rock Armour, Citipave, Colourtex, Havecphalt, Hitex, Prixmat, Prodrive, Smatex, Thinpave, Elite Minimix, Alba Minimix, Bradstone, Charcon, Masterblock, Fyfestone and Versatex. The Group operates in the United Kingdom and the United States of America. During 2005, the Group acquired the entire share capital of Patuxent Materials, Bespoke Concrete Ltd and EJS Concrete Products Ltd.
