The Group's principal activity is to produce flooring products and ceiling systems for use in construction and renovation of residential, commercial and institutional buildings. It operates in five segments. Resilient Flooring: Produces a broad range of floor coverings for homes, commercial and institutional buildings. Wood Flooring: Produces and sources wood flooring products for use in new residential construction and renovation. Textiles and Sports Flooring: Produces carpeting and sports flooring products that are sold mainly in Europe. Building Products: Produces suspended mineral fiber, soft fiber and metal ceiling systems. Cabinets: Produces kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and related products, which are used primarily in the U.S. residential new construction and renovation markets. The Group operates in America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Certain trademarks of the Group are ArmstrongTM, Bruce(R), Hartco(R), Robbins(R), Cirrus(R), Corlon(R) and Cortega(R).
