Company Description
Crown Energy Corporation. The Group's principal activity is to produce and distribute premium asphalt products to meet the new, higher quality standards for federal and state highways. The Group operates through its two wholly owned subsidiaries: Crown Asphalt Corporation and Crown Asphalt Products Company. The operations of the Group are carried out throughout Utah, Arizona, California, Nevada, Wyoming, New Mexico, Nebraska and Colorado. Asphalt products accounted for 99% of 2002 revenues and asphalt distribution, 1%.
