The Group operates in three business Segments: Concrete Products, Construction Aggregates and Cement and Calcium Products. Concrete products Segment produces and sells ready mix concrete, concrete block, prestressed concrete beams and precast concrete and sells other building materials. Construction aggregates Segment is engaged in the mining, processing, distribution and sale of sand, gravel and crushed stone. The cement and calcium products Segment produces and sells Portland cement and masonry cement, imports, grinds, blends and sells cement and slag and produces and sells calcium products. The Group's operations are conducted in Florida, Virginia, Georgia, Maryland, Washington DC, Tennessee, Alabama, North Carolina, Illinois and Delaware.
