Zaklady Cementowo-Wapiennicze "Gorazdze" (ZCW "GORAZDZE") is a manufacturer of building materials such as cement, concrete and bricks from limestone. The group concentrates its activities on production of cement, lime products, aggregate, bulk concrete, construction finishing products, trading activities of the construction materials and transport services. ZCW "Gorazdze" was privatised in 1994 and is listed on the Warsaw stock exchange since October 1995. In 1996 the company was granted the ISO 9002 quality certificate by TUV-Nord. The company's most popular brands of cement include: CP 35N (CEM II/A-V 32.5R and CEM II/B-V 32.5), CP 4( CEM I 4.5R) and CP I 52.5R). The most important brands of lime include: Limestone BN-88/6715-03, breakstone PN-B-11112, bitumen filler PN-61-S/96504, blast protection dust PN-G-11020, burnt lump line PN-90/B-30020, hydrated lime, calcium fertilisers and calcium-magnesium fertilisers. In 1997 ZCW Gorazde put in operation two new lime kilns at Maerz and Gopex. ZCW "Gorazde" S.A. sold 1,922,000 tonnes of cement and 107,000 tonnes of clinker in 1997. Zaklady Cementowo-Wapiennicze "Gorazde" has only domestic subsidiaries.
