Company Description
CFM Corporation Formerly known as CFM Majestic Incorporated. The Group's principal activities are to design, develop, manufacture and distribute hearth products. The products of the Group includes gas and wood-burning fireplaces, free-standing stoves, gas logs, hearth accessories, indoor and outdoor space heaters, outdoor leisure products and ongoing program of research and development aimed at improving the quality, design, features and efficiency of its products. The Group operates five facilities in Mississauga, Ontario, nine facilities in the United States and one in England. On 2-Jan-2002 the Group acquired Keanall Holdings Limited, on 30-May-2002. The Great Outdoors Grill Company and on 03-Oct-2002, Greenway Home Products Inc. Hearth and Heating products accounted for 77% of fiscal 2002 revenues and Barbeque and Outdoor products, 23%.
