Kaba Holdings AG(KABA). The Group's principal activity is the development, production and sale of mechanical, mechatronic, and electronic access and masterkey systems. The Group also provides related services in the field of access control. The Group's activities are carried out through four divisions: Access Systems, Door Systems, Key Ident Systems and Data Collection. The Access Systems division includes mechanical and mechatronic locks and cylinders, masterkey systems, and the control software of integrated access systems for general commercial applications. The Door Systems division offers a comprehensive line of security doors and gates, pedestrian flow control systems, flexible partition walls, and convenient automatic doors and gates. The Key Ident Systems division manufactures key blanks, key coding machines, and transponder keys. The Data Collection division includes data collection as well as time and attendance recording.
