Italtile Limited. The Group's principal activity is supplying ceramic tiles and related products through its destination one-stop branded outlets, Italtile and CTM. It provides superior ceramic tile flooring and walling, both local and imported. It also offers bathroom and sanitaryware, taps, fittings, laminated flooring and tools. It operates in South Africa, countries in the Southern African Development Community region and on the east coast of Australia. It has three business segments, Retail, Franchise and Property. Retail sells tiles, vitreous China sanitaryware and bathroom accessories to the public. Franchise relates to maintaining and using brand names in the Group. Property purchases and rents out properties from which retail operations and franchisees operate. Retail accounted for 76% of fiscal 2006 revenues; Supply & Support Services, 17%; Franchising, 4% and Property, 4%
