Trelleborg AB (publ.). The Group's principal activities are to design, develop, manufacture and distribution of parts to the automotive, engineering, offshore, chemicals, building and construction industries. The Group operates through four divisions: Automotive, Sealing Solutions, Engineered Systems and Wheel Systems. Automotive division manufactures noise-suppression and vibration damping for automotive and industrial applications. Sealing Solutions supplies precision seals for the industrial, automotive and aerospace markets. Engineered Systems division develops, manufactures, markets industrial fluid systems and engineered solutions based on polymer materials. Wheel Systems division supplies complete wheel systems for forest and farm machines, fork-lifts and materials-handling vehicles. The Group acquired CRP Group, Mehren Rubber, Reeves Brothers Inc., Harbour and Marine Engineering, The Mar-Con Group, UAB Trella, EPG and Kawneer Rubber and Plastics in 2006.
