Clough Ltd. The Group's principal activities are the provision of engineering and construction contracting services, building and property development. It provides a complete project development service for international clients in the oil and gas, minerals, infrastructure and manufacturing and property industries. The Company owns and operates an extensive fleet of specialist plant, equipment and offshore construction vessels. On 6 May 2002, the Group acquired the remaining 50% interest of the issued shares of SaiClo Pty Ltd. The Company's operates in Australia, Asia, the Middle East, South Pacific and Europe. Engineering and construction accounted for 70% of fis 2002 revenues; contract mining, 22% and other, 8%.
