Degremont SA constructs & designs water and sewerage treatment plants for the domestic and international markets, using innovative technologies. The company controls over 30 subsidiaries and work is carried out on an average of 40 countries annually. Major projects undertaken in 1995 were in Slovenia and China. Degremont's ISO 9001 qualification is held since 1991. Urban wastewater accounted for 32% of 1996 revenues; drinking water, 28%; industrial effluents, 13%; conditioning, 12%; services, 10% and process water, 5%.
