JLG Industries, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to manufacture access equipment. It operates through three segments: North American Distribution, European Distribution, Rest of World Distribution and Access Financial Solutions. North American Distribution, European Distribution and Rest of World Distribution segments design, manufacture and sell aerial work platforms, telehandlers and trailers, as well as an array of complementary accessories that increase the versatility and efficiency of these products for end-users. The Access Financial Solutions segment arranges equipment financing and leasing solutions for its customers primarily through third party financial institutions and provides credit support in connection with those financing and lease arrangements. The products are sold under the brand names include JLG(R), SkyTrak(R), Lull(R), Toucan(R) and LiftluxTM. The manufacturing facilities are located in the United States, Belgium and France.
