Company Description
Morguard Corporation Formerly known as Acktion Corporation. The Group's principal activities are carried out through two divisions: Real estate & other. Under the Real estate division it provides property ownership, development and management services. The Other division includes equipment leasing and distribution. In addition, the Group also provides rental services, construction and distribution of residential condominiums. On 01-Aug-2002, the Group acquired Revenue Properties Company Limited. Real estate operations accounted for 88% of 2001 revenues and other, 12%.
