Cerbco, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is the trenchless rehabilitation of underground sewers and other pipelines. These services are provided under the contracts with governmental authorities, private industries and commercial entities. Since June 2003 all of the activities of Insituform East Inc (INEI), its principal operating subsidiary were discontinued. On 05-Sep-2003, INEI sold substantially all of its non-real estate assets and on-going business to Insituform Technologies, Inc. Currently, the Group is proceeding with its liquidation process. Rehabilitated and repaired underground sewers and pipelines, principally using cured-in-place process
