It is taxed as a REIT under Sections 856-860 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. It markets and finances manufactured homes and also owns a real estate investment property. The Group's operations are carried out through wholly owned subsidiary, The Mobile Home Store Inc. The Group has approximately 779,000 square feet of property, of which approximately 383,000 square feet is leased to Federal Express Corporation and subsidiaries.
