Rock Financial Corporation is a speciality financing company which markets conventional, government insured and sub-prime debt consolidation and home financing loans. The company originates loans through 18 stores and branches, one call center and an internet site. The loans are secured by first or second mortgage on one-to-four family, owner-occupied residences. On May 6, 1998 the company completed its initial public offering. Gain on sale of mortgage loan accounted for 71% of 1998 revenues; net loan origination fee, 16% and interest income, 13%.
