Arbor Property Trust

Arbor Property Trust, formerly EQK Green Acres L.P., is a real estate investment trust which owns and operates the Green Acres Mall. This is a four department, super-regional enclosed shopping mall with 1.8 million square feet of retail space partly in the Village of Valley Stream and partly in the Town of Hempstead in Nassau County, Long Island, New York. The mall is anchored by four major department stores: Sears, J.C. Penney, Stern's and Macys. At December, 1996 there were 173 mall and outparcel building tenants representing an occupancy rate of 93%.
