Company Description
Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust(CREIT). The Group's principal activity is to invest in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real property investments. These properties are used for office, industry, retail and multi-family residence. The portfolio of the Group comprised of 112 properties. The Group operates in Canada and in the United States. The Group acquires well-located properties with quality tenants on long-term leases situated in demographically attractive areas. Retail rentals accounted for 43% of 2002 revenues; office rentals, 39% and industrial rentals, 18%.
