BSRT Liquidating Trust Formerly known as Banyan Strategic Realty Trust. The Group's principal activity is to invest in income producing commercial properties. The Group invests in industrial, residential and real estate assets, short term, junior and pre-construction mortgage loans. The Group is a self-administered real estate investment trust. At 31-Dec-2001, the Group owned interests in three properties. They were the University Square Business Center in Huntsville, Alabama, 6901 Riverport Drive in Louisville, Kentucky and the Northlake Tower Shopping Center in Atlanta, Georgia. On 05-Jan-2001, the Trust adopted a Plan of Termination and Liquidation under which the Trust will be dissolved, the obligations of the Trust will be paid, appropriate reserves will be taken and the net proceeds will be distributed to shareholders.
