The Group's operations are conducted through two business segments: Leasing and Petroleum facilities. The Group owns approximately 18 acres of land in the Capital Center Project Area in downtown Providence, Rhode Island which it leases or is holding for lease to third parties. The Group also owns a 330-car parking garage adjacent to a rail passenger station in downtown Providence, Rhode Island, together with the underlying land, which is leased under a short-term cancellable lease to a firm experienced in parking operations.
