Company Description
General Property Trust(GPT). The Group's principal activity is property investment. The Group invests and manages diversified portfolio properties such as hotels, offices, industrial and retail to achieve income combined with the opportunity for capital growth for investors over a period of years. Retail accounted for 68% of 2002 revenues; office, 24%; hotel and tourism, 6% and industrial, 2%.
