The Group invests and manages diversified portfolio properties such as hotels, offices, industrial and retail to achieve income combined with the opportunity for capital growth for investors over a period of years. Retail accounted for 68% of 2002 revenues; office, 24%; hotel and tourism, 6% and industrial, 2%.
