The Company directly owns 21 high quality MOBs, an adjacent parking facility and two retail facilities and indirectly owns three additional MOBs. Rents, tenant reimbursements and parking income accounted for 58% of 2000 revenues; patient revenues 36%; interest and loan fees, 5%; and other, 1%.
