Company Description
Armstrong Jones Industrial Trust (formerly Prime Industrial Property Trust) manages a real estate trust specialising in industrial properties. It merged with Armstrong Jones Industrial Fund (AJS) effective January 2000. It completed five new industrial facilities including major facilities precommitted by Coles Myer, Fisher & Paykel and Macmillan Publishing located at New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland. A total of 12 properties were revalued during the year. Its properties include industrial estates, distribution centres, office warehouses, industrial units and specialised industrial units let on long term basis. The group has domestic subsidiaries only. It became publicly held on December 1991.
