The Group is involved in the acquisition, development, ownership and operation of office properties, located primarily in selected suburban markets across the United States. It mainly has real estate property operations, which primarily consists of commercial property ownership. Other business activities include development and property management services. As of 31-Dec-2005, the Group owned greater than 50% interests in 235 operating office buildings and also owned minority interests (ranging from 15% to 50%) in 50 operating office buildings and one building under development.
