The Group activities also include selling of new and pre-owned homes; the brokerage of used homes and assisting residents in the arrangement of financing and insurance services. On 31-12-2002, the Group owns and operates 204 manufactured home community properties containing 68,016 homesites and 1,359 park model/RV sites in 32 states. The Group also manages 35 manufactured home community properties containing 7,834 homesites. The Group solely operates in the United States of America.
