The Group own, develop, acquire, lease, manage and operate regional malls and open-air and community shopping centers. It operates in four segments: Malls, Associated Centers, Community Centers and Others. Its shopping center properties are located in 27 states, but primarily in the southeastern and Midwestern United States. Its operations are conducts through CBL & Associates Limited Partnership. As of 31-Dec-2006, it owns controlling interests in 72 regional malls, 27 associated centers, four community centers and CBL's corporate office building. Malls accounted for 92% of 2006 revenues; Associated Centers, 4%; Community Centers, 1%; and All Other, 3%
