Citycon Oyj. The Group's principal activity is to Own, Develop, Let out and Manage property assets. The Group invests mainly in developing new retail premises and retail parks serving retail trade. The Group lets retail premises to companies in the retail and groceries trade, chain stores, department stores and private entrepreneurs in the cities of Finland. As at 31-12-2005, the Group owned 148 real properties, and had 2,109 leases with 1,120 lessees.
