Foras Holding AS. The Group's principal activities are the investments in large prime-location shopping centres in Central European growth markets and leasing of containers. The income is derived mainly from the rental of shopping centres and leasing of containers to the shipping sector. The Group's operations are divided into three business segments: FORAS Poland segment manages the shopping centers in Poland. FORAS Holding comprises financial operations and the Danish administration. UCS segment comprises the Group's activities within container leasing, which are being wound up.
