Forum Retirement Partners L.P.

Forum Retirement Partners, L.P. is a limited partnership owning nine retirment communities with 1,731 units which were acquired from Forum Group Inc. In 1997 HMC Senior Communities (HMCSC) a subsidiary of Host Marriott Corp acquired the stock of Forum Group from Marriott Senior Living Services Inc (MSLS). The Forum group assigned to MSLS its interest as manager of the partnership. The partnership undertakes an on going expansion programs to independent living and nursing units for retirement communities. Independent living components contain a variety of accomodations with amenities like dining facility, lounges, game and craft room. The properties also provides ancillary healthcare services.
