21st Century Holding Company. The Group's principal activities are to provide insurance underwriting, distribution and claims services through its subsidiaries. The operations are carried on through two segments Insurance and Financing. The Insurance segment sells primarily standard and nonstandard personal automobile insurance, as well as homeowners and mobile home property and casualty insurance and includes substantially all aspects of the insurance, distribution and claims process. The Financing segment offers premium financing and consumer loans to its own and third party insurers through its wholly owned subsidiary. The products are marketed and distributed in South Florida, through a network of 24 agencies, 42 franchised agencies and approximately 1,500 independent agents.
