Pierre Et Vacances. The Group's principal activity is to operate tourist resorts and offer holiday packages. The Group operates under two major segments, Holidays and services and Real Estate. Under Holidays and services, the Group operates luxury hotels and resorts and offers holiday packages. The Group operates internationally renowned resorts and villages which offer a wide range of sports and leisure activities. Under Real Estate, the Group offers apartments for one or two weeks on lease, directly by catalogue or indirectly through foreign tour operators. The Group operates mainly in Europe. In December 2005, the Group acquired SNC Alpe d'Huez Soleil, SNC Meribel Soleil, SNC la Daille Soleil and SNC Plagne Soleil. Holidays and Services accounted for 70% of fis 2006 revenues and Real Estate, 30%
