Residential and other operations segment includes the development of properties for sale, provision of project development services, property investment and operation of a golf and country club. Other activity is investment holding. The Group operates in Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Japan, People's Republic of China, Australia, New Zealand and Europe.
