Company Description
Boardwalk Equities Inc. The Group's principal activities are owing and operating multi-family rental communities. The Group owns and operates more than 250 properties including approximately 30,000 units. The Group's portfolio is concentrated in the provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario and Quebec. In 2004, the Group's name changed from Broadwalk Equities Inc. to Broadwalk REIT.
