Morguard Real Estate Investment Trust. The Company's principal activity is to invest in portfolios consisting of office, retail and industrial properties. The Company is a closed-end investment trust owning a portfolio of income producing properties. The Company owns 82 real estate portfolios. The Company's portfolios are located in Ontario, Saskatchewan, Quebec, Nova Scotia, Alberta, Manitoba, British Columbia and London. Retail accounted for 64% of 2002 revenues; Office, 27% & Industrial, 9%.
