Societe Imobiliere Martin (Martin) SA is a domestic real estate company which operates residential and commercial properties and garages, mainly in the Lyons region of France. Its subsidiaries are SCI de Lyon (85% held), Immolyon SCI (41% held) and Societe de Gestion Immobiliere Lyonnaise SARL (37% held). A contract project has been signed on March 31st 1994 for the absorbtion of Societe Immobiliere Martin by Societe des Immeubles de Lyon. Residential properties accounted for 46% of 1993 revenues; commercial properties, 36%; garages, 2% and other (refunded rental charges), 16%.
