Company Description
Techem AG & Co. The Group's principal activity is to provide water and heating invoicing services for the owners of real estate properties to their tenants. In addition the Group rents and sells water and heating measuring and recording instruments, as well as meters to real estate owners. It operates through the following divisions: Energy Services: meter reading and billing services, receipt from measuring device rental; Energy Contracting: Providing energy from own or leased generating plants and Other division: Software applications and consultancy services for the housing industry. In 2006, the Group acquired bautec Energiemanagement GmbH. Energy Services accounted for 80% of fiscal 2006 revenues; Energy Contracting, 18% and Other, 2%
