Epa Invest A/s

EPA Invest A/S is one of Denmark's largest investment and finance companies. The company has business activities within the following areas; development and management of investment projects, property development and trading and international financing and investments. The company also owns and operates the ferry M/V Ambassador II. Following a winding-up strategy adopted on the extraordinary general meeting in 1994, a hotel and conference center and freehold flats were sold and the disposal of the remaining mortgage deeds, leasing and loan holdings and other activities were carried out in 1996. EPA Invest A/S entered into suspension of payments in February 3, 1997. Property income accounted for 56% of 1996 revenues; charter income, 31%; interest and dividend income, 8%; leasing income, 1% and other income, 4%.
