The group's funds management activities were handled by National Securities & Research Corporation of New York. The banking operations consisted of Aitken Hume Bank Plc and Aitken Hume Bank (Guernsey) Ltd. However, the United States activities were discontinued in May, 1993 and the group's other operations were disposed of in April and May, 1994 leaving no remaining trading operations.
