Nautica Enterprises, Inc.. The Group's principal activities are to design, source, market and distribute men's, women's and children's apparel. It operates in two segments: Wholesale and Retail. The Wholesale segment includes business that designs, sources, markets and distributes sportswear, activewear, outerwear, a jeans collection, a tailored clothing collection, robes and sleepwear for men and women as well as a children's collection to retail store customers. The Retail segment includes men's, women's and children's apparel sold directly to consumers through its retail store locations. As of 02-Mar-2002, the Group operated 100 Nautica and 9 Nautica Jeans outlet stores and six full-price retail stores.
