Ahlers AG. The Group's principal activities are production and marketing of casual, tailored and work clothes for men. The Group operates through three segments namely: Premium Brands, Jeans and Workwear and Men's and Sportswear. Premium Brands segment consists of the production and distribution of the premium brands of Eterna, Pierre Cardin and OTTO KERN. Jeans and Workwear segment consists of the production and distribution of non-premium brand jeans, slacks and casual pants made of flat-weave fabric and for workwear. Jeans and Workwear segment includes the brands Pionier, PIONIER SPORTIVE and PIONEER. Men's and Sportswear segment consists of the production and distribution of non-premium brand classic men's upper clothing, casual clothing and young fashion. Men's and Sportswear segment includes the brands JUPITER and GIN TONIC brands. The Group has operations in Germany, Western Europe, Central Europe and Eastern Europe.
